About Broadband

This is about telecommunications signalling methods. For high-speed Internet access, see Internet access.
Look up broadband in Wiktionary, the free dictionary.
The term broadband refers to a telecommunications signal or device of greater bandwidth, in some sense, than another standard or usual signal or device (and the broader the band, the greater the capacity for traffic).
Prior to the invention of home broadband, dial-up internet was the only means by which one could download songs, movies, e-mails, etc. It would take up to 10-30 minutes to download one song (3.5MB) and over 28 hours to download a movie (700MB). Dial-up internet was also extremely inconvenient since it took up the use of the home telephone line, and homes would have to decide if paying for a second telephone line was worth its cost.
In 1997, the cable modem was introduced, but broadband didn’t take off until 2001. Having home broadband made downloading times 10X faster than dial-up. Like many new technologies, most consumers were unable to afford such a luxury of fast internet. Price barriers weren’t a factor for long, and by 2004 the average American households considered home broadband to be affordable. Since its creation, broadband has continually strengthened and available speeds have become faster and faster.
Different criteria for "broad" have been applied in different contexts and at different times. Its origin is in physics, acoustics and radio systems engineering, where it had been used with a meaning similar to wideband.However, the term became popularized through the 1990s as a vague marketing term for Internet access.

Volleyball Information

Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since 1964.

The rally continues, with each team allowed as many as three consecutive touches, until either (1): a team makes a kill, grounding the ball on the opponent's court and winning the rally; or (2): a team commits a fault and loses the rally. The team that wins the rally is awarded a point, and serves the ball to start the next rally. A few of the most common faults include:The complete rules are extensive. But simply, play proceeds as follows: a player on one of the teams begins a 'rally' by serving the ball (tossing or releasing it and then hitting it with a hand or arm), from behind the back boundary line of the court, over the net, and into the receiving team's court. The receiving team must not let the ball be grounded within their court. The team may touch the ball up to 3 times but individual players may not touch the ball twice consecutively. Typically, the first two touches are used to set up for an attack, an attempt to direct the ball back over the net in such a way that the serving team is unable to prevent it from being grounded in their court.
  • causing the ball to touch the ground outside the opponents' court or without first passing over the net;
  • catching and throwing the ball;
  • double hit: two consecutive contacts with the ball made by the same player;
  • four consecutive contacts with the ball made by the same team.
  • net foul: touching the net during play.
  • foot fault: the foot crosses over the boundary line when serving
The ball is usually played with the hands or arms, but players can legally strike or push (short contact) the ball with any part of the body.
A number of consistent techniques have evolved in volleyball, including spiking and blocking (because these plays are made above the top of the net, the vertical jump is an athletic skill emphasized in the sport) as well as passingsetting, and specialized player positions and offensive and defensive structures.

Aku nih memang tak ramai kawan... apa ntah lagi sahabat... kawan2 aku tak seramai korang.. maklum larh budak tak howt.. selekeh plak tuh.. ganas lagi.. huh~
ramai yang cakap aku sombong.. sebab tuh la dorang tak nak kawan dengan aku.. ~actually aku tak sombong.. cuma pemalu sikit~  :p
Kalau kt tempat sendiri.. aku lebih suka lepak dengan kawan2 sekolah aku.. tapi tak semua larh.. mungkin sebab dorang dah kenal aku.. dah faham dengan perangai gila aku.. mereka itulah sahabat susah dan senang aku.. tempat aku bergelak ketawa.. bahu mereka tempat aku menangis.. dan baju mereka tempat aku menghembuskan hingusan aku selepas lega menagis... baik kan mereka.. terima kasih banyak2 sahabat sebab sentiasa ada bersama aku.. Rindu dengan korang !

Tapi sekarang bila dak masuk tempat orang lain.. aku lagi la bertambah-tambah pemalu.. Nasib agak baik bila aku jumpa sahabat yang boleh layan kepala aku nih.. sentiasa support aku.. tolong aku masa aku susah dan senang.. dan jaga aku dengan baik.. walaupun kadang2 aku kurang layan korang..bukan bermaksud aku dah tak suka... aku cuma ada korang jer kat sini.. stay with me buddies... :)
aku nih memang jenis yang tak suka melayan.. mungkin korang tengok aku agak melayan bila dalam laman sesawang sosial.. tapi try face to face.. memang susah juga la aku nak bercakap kalau aku tak rapat..
tapi sahabat2 aku yang da kenal aku nih.. korang dah faham kan dengan perangai aku yang lebih suka lepak dalam bilik dan buat hal sendiri.. so jangan terasa kalau aku tak bape nak melayan korang.. sebab aku tak pandai nak bergaul bila dah tak ada topik.. maaf yer... ^_^

sekian..
wassalam. . . . <3
